If you missed the BlueCross Christmas Concert 2008, then you missed one great concert. You missed some inspiring songs. You missed some hilarious comedy. You missed the Jam kids doing an awesome job and you missed the Grit group totally rocking in an outward direction.
Sorry to keep going on about it, but it was pretty mega. Don’t mean to rub it in or anything. You missed cardboard sheep.
But you can still have A Very BlueCross Christmas by joining us for our one-hour Christmas Day service, 9:30am on December 25th.
And while you’re marking your calendar, please note some changes to services and programs over the Christmas and New Year period. There will be no Sunday evening services from now and for all of January.
Grit and mainly music are taking a break over the school holidays. Jam is having a short break, too - no Jam on Sunday morning 28th December but will resume the next weekend.
Other than that, though, it’s business as usual so come along 10am on Sunday mornings at BlueCross!
On Sunday December 14, head for BlueCross for our biggest concert ever.
It’s all happening from 3:30pm, with plenty for all ages, including food and drinks, jumping castle, christmas crafts and lots more.
Then at 5pm, grab a glowstick for the main event, with live music, comedy, stuff from our Jam kids and the guys and girls from Grit, and of course, your favourite Christmas carols.
Plus, help us raise money for Korora Public School with a ‘helping hand’ - buy it, decorate it, and then stick it on the Helping Hand Christmas Tree. Together we can make a difference in our community.
See you there!
